Embark on a 5 week journey of healing and reconciling parts of yourself that you've shunned your light from. We will guide you through understanding the different shadows within us and provide tools on how to work with them. Shadow Work is a lifetime commitment in healing. You simply cannot go through a course and say yey I'm healed. We wish it where that easy, our different guides in Shadow Work have gone through their healing, is constantly healing and facing each shadow as they come up. What this course will help you with is to uncover your deepest wounds, the ones that really has hurt you the most and is affecting your day to day life. It will also provide you the necessary tools to address your wounds to create a more peaceful and balanced you. What the course offers: 1. Weekly Discourse that talks about the different shadows 2. Journal Prompts to help you identify the shadows we tackle weekly 3. Weekly 1:1s during the 5 week where we fully help you integrate You through deep inner healing (the good stuff) 4. Soul Tribe as your support system throughout and after your Shadow Work Course 5.
